Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cream or milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. butter, soft
- icing sugar (to thicken)
Instructions
- In a small pot, add brown sugar and cream (or milk).
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and gradually add icing sugar to thicken. Icing will thicken further when cool, so don't over-thicken.
- Stir in vanilla and butter and spread while soft.
