Spicy Cheese Dip.

Cheesy goodness from Williams Lake. Doubles easily. 

Oven temp 350°F

Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 250g havarti cheese
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 jalapeños (include seeds and ribs)

Instructions

  1. Cut both cheeses into chunks
  2. Put in oven-safe casserole dish
  3. Puree jalapeño and chilies and mix in with cheese chunks
  4. Bake at 350
  5. Once cheese begins to melt, stir all ingredients together
  6. Continue to bake until bubbly and brown
